How SMS Transporter Application Works.

1. Go to www.smstransporter.com
2. Click the Create an account link
   

3.  Fill the registration page.

Ensure you use a valid email address because the activation link will be sent to the email address you provided. Also, ensure that you enter your GSM Number correctly. E.g 08023456789 becomes 2348023456789. Activation code will be sent to the GSM Number provided before you can send text message.

4.  Click Register after filling the form.

Confirmation notice will be displayed notifying you of a successful account creation.

5.  Login to your email and check your inbox. An email containing your activation link will be sent to the email you provided.

If not in your inbox, check your SPAM or JUNK mail box.

7.  Go back to www.smstransporter.com and login with your username and password.

8.  On receiving your final confirmation on your GSM phone, login to your account with your login details.

9.  Click the SEND SMS NOW link

10 You will be requested to provide username and password again.

On this login panel please enter your username and the default password sent to your GSM via sms.

Please note that this password is different from the one you register on the first login screen. After login, you can change your password to match the former.

Username remains the same for both login screens.

You can also use the SMS Direct link and use the password sent to your mobile phone.

11.  You can send SMS after successful login.

12.  To send single text message simply click Single Message Send

13.  Type your text in the message box above.

Note: the character counter beneath the message box counts the characters you have entered.

If you exceed 160, the message will be more than one sms.

14.  Enter your phone number or name in the sender column.

15.  Also input the receiver’s phone number starting with country code (e.g. 2348021234567)

16.  Then click SEND.

HOW TO SEND BULK SMS

Bulk SMS involves sending text message to multiple recipients.

You will need to type and save the numbers on either notepad or Microsoft Excel.

Ensure the numbers follow a defined pattern. E.g.

1. Follow steps 1 to 12 above

2. Click Browse and locate the phone number file.

3. Click open.

4. Click Next

5.  Type the message and enter sender details or phone number.

You can also schedule the message to be sent later.

6. Click Next to see processed details.

7. Click Send.
